My grandparents gave my parents a version of this knife in 1983. It was a staple in our kitchen growing up and now I’m teaching my son to cook with it. This knife has lasted 40 years and as I grew old enough to stock my own kitchen I’ve always preferred the durability, weight and balance of my Henkle.
