Great knife wish I had bought this sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife I can finally cut a rib roast into ribeye steaks with ease. My 8” zwilling chefs knife was just a struggle to use with a rib roast cuz it was just not long enough to get a nice clean cut steak. Now I don’t have to worry about it cuz the 10” cuts it with the ease and precision I desired! I can’t wait to add more Zwilling knives to my collection. I love the quality of the steel too It holds an amazing edge for a very long time even with heavy use! I love these knives! Hands down the only knives I’ll buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife in 1989 and used it almost everyday! It’s perfect for chopping just about anything. The length of the knife gives you the ability to chop more at once. It’s easy to hold and not awkward at all. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing this knife. You will not be disappointed!
