great 10" Chef

This is a good knife to consider if you are in the market for a large profile chef knife. The weight on the four star line is lighter so the combination of the extra steel to reach 10" and the lighter weight in the handle accommodates most. The Moulded handle is very forgiving

Not too Heavy for a 10" Chefs..

Super balance and premium German stainless steel. No-stain or chip warranty and quit a comfortable handle. 3/4 tang makes it more maneuverable than the "heavyweights"!

Great knife for pork shoulder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned an 8 inch four star for 15+ yrs now and needed a little more length. The 10 in four star is used for slicing poem shoulder for sausage. It does a remarkable job with using a steel with every use as it should.
