Perfect balance between a chef's and santoku

My family gave me the rocking santoku knife for my birthday, and even in the short time I’ve used it; it’s proven to be fantastic. I went down every rabbit hole researching knives, and I found myself always coming back to this one. The balance feels perfect for controlled rocking cuts, and the fit and finish are gorgeous. The handle is comfortable and the overall build, quality, and finish are more than I imagined.
Right out of the box it was incredibly sharp, and it’s been great for everyday tasks while cooking for my family.
