[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is absolutely beautiful from start to finish! Come razor sharp out of the box. The attention to detail is simply immaculate. I highly recommend this knife if you are able to swallow the price tag! It's worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying to get my hands on one of these for a while and have been so excited to prep ever since the knife came in , I love the feel of the handle the weight of the knife itself is superior cutting is phenomenal overall just a beautiful knife. Not to mention the in store service was unbeatable David opened up every rock-able santoku in the store so I could cut a carrot and feel it in my hand absolutely stunning.

Finally a sharp knife

It is also the sharpest knife I have ever owned and holds it’s edge well. I will never go back to my old mediocre knives!! Also, it is just so very beautiful and I love the birch wood!
