Beautiful sharp knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying to get my hands on one of these for a while and have been so excited to prep ever since the knife came in , I love the feel of the handle the weight of the knife itself is superior cutting is phenomenal overall just a beautiful knife. Not to mention the in store service was unbeatable David opened up every rock-able santoku in the store so I could cut a carrot and feel it in my hand absolutely stunning.

Beautiful and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this beautiful knife for my husband’s birthday as he loves to be in the kitchen trying out new recipes sipping on a glass of Pino. He loves the knife! He doesn’t have anything like it and it is great for fine chopping without worrying about injuring himself. Because of the degree of rocking motion the knife never leaves the cutting board. It is sharp strong and a piece of art!
