Well-balanced weight, slices bread like butter. The first time I used it, I could not believe the ease with which I was able to slice my home-baked bread!

This is an amazing knife. It is very well balanced, super sharp, handle is perfectly sized, excellent length and made of high end materials. It cuts bread like butter, even when it is still warm.
