Great Knife

I got this knife for my partner who is a good deal shorter than me and it's absolutely perfect. She had been primarily using our 5" Wustof Santoku, which is also a great knife, but doesn't have the same rocking motion you can use on a chef's knife. This one fit her hands well, it's a touch heavier but balanced. I personally love it already. I would get an 8" for myself but the 6" is fantastic.

Comfortable Chef’s Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this knife because the 6” chef’s knife that I wanted was unavailable. This knife is comfortable to handle and has a good weight for prepping vegetables I would have preferred the original 6” that had a narrower tip but I am getting used to this one.
