The Miyabi Kaizen II 7-pc Knife Set does not disappoint. The knives are easy to handle and satisfyingly sharp. The set has a basic complement of knives, from a paring knife to the awesome chef's. As the block will accommodate extras, I added the handy Satoku. The kitchen shears and conditioning steel are a bonus. Very happy with this purchase.

The vegans and carnivores in our family use our knives and really are happy with their performance and artisan quality.
