one of the cups already have liquid in between the layers :/
Response from Zwilling.comBy Consumer Relations, February 10, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to hear about this. Seeing liquid between the layers can certainly be concerning, especially with a new set. This usually indicates that the seal of the double-wall glass may have been compromised, which can occasionally happen during handling or shipping. Please feel free to reach out to us at hello@zwillingus.com or visit our Support Center at https://www.zwilling.com/us/magazine/support-center.html, and our team would be happy to review this and assist you further.

Nice light glasses for drinking beverages. I use them for juice or ice tea. Easy to care for, e.g. just put in the dishwasher for cleaning.

Great for Green Tea

I purchased two pairs of these, and I like them very much. The double walls protect me from the hot tea, but I can still feel the warmth … which will be important through the winter months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this size & this brand. I have tried other brands & they are not as good. I was so happy to find these when mine had broken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits perfect in our coffee bar. You can easily hold without your hands getting too hot from the tea and looks great.
