Fabulous set of knives for all your kitchen work. These knives are incredible sharp, durable and well balanced. The full bolster allows for the perfect spot for your grip. The classic three riveted, contour handle is extremely comfortable to hold. So happy to have the 8 steak knives. Impressive set at an exceptional value

A good forged set of knives. Super sharp. Comfortable curved handle. Great weight and balance. The set includes a chef and santoku for 2 home chefs to be prepping together. As well as the paring and bread knife. The 8 steak knives included are stored safely and ready to grab.

I bought this set at my local Sam's Club. I never had a really good set of knives until I bought this set. It has two extra slots for if I buy extra knives. That's wonderful! I'm sure they won't match the set but I will buy the brand. These knives are very sharp. The weight is very nice. I really don't know why I struggled so long without a great set of knives. It is worth every penny to buy a great set. I'm glad I bought them

It is Henckels collection but the 15pc knife set comes with a block that has two more knives than come in the box and it looks weird and awkward on your counter. However, the quality is good if do not mind the extra empty slots in your knife block!

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase. We appreciate your feedback. We make set configurations based on customer and professional feedback and demand, but we do not make blocks for each configuration, so there are some sets with empty slots. This allows you some freedom in arranging the knives and to complete your set with other knives you may need in your kitchen that aren't typically included in sets. Happy cooking!
