I Love Everything about the Excellent Quality Cutlery Set ,but Wish the Set had a Carving fork included. Overall it's a Awesome Cutlery Set and will Serve me very well in my Culinary kitchen experiences going forward.

Sharp and secure

And either having them grow dull (even with sharpening) or break, these are amazing. They keep their edge and all I have done is occasionally run them over the steel rod that came with it.

All around a well balanced knife set

I will say that it dulled a bit faster than anticipated, but nothing a solid sharpener won't fix. Each knife feels well balanced in the hand and I can see myself using these for a while, until I decide to upgrade to a more professional chef's knife.
