Missing knives

It is Henckels collection but the 15pc knife set comes with a block that has two more knives than come in the box and it looks weird and awkward on your counter. However, the quality is good if do not mind the extra empty slots in your knife block!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We make set configurations based on customer and professional feedback and demand, but we do not make blocks for each configuration, so there are some sets with empty slots. This allows you some freedom in arranging the knives and to complete your set with other knives you may need in your kitchen that aren't typically included in sets. Happy cooking!

German Steel…made in China

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are well made and rival Kuro knives from Japan and Cutco knives from the US…but the “made in China emblem on each knife is a total buzz kill.

Outstanding knife set

I am extremely satisfied with the ergonomics of the grip, the versatility of the knife set, and the quality of the block itself. I am replacing another block set by a different brand, which claimed to be stainless steel... after a few weeks of use, I regret to say that brand was not one I would recommend to others. This Henckels set was recommended to us, and we will gladly pass on our highest compliments and recommendations.

Nice forged knife set

A good forged set of knives. Super sharp. Comfortable curved handle. Great weight and balance. The set includes a chef and santoku for 2 home chefs to be prepping together. As well as the paring and bread knife. The 8 steak knives included are stored safely and ready to grab.
