This chef's knife is so comfortable to use. Made from German steel the he blade is sharp and flexible all at the same time. I was a little worried this handle would be slippery when wet but no problem here. The handle has a brushed steel on it so you can grip wet or dry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This knife works as good as it looks! The sleek modern look, one piece construction, and comfortable contour in the handle, are a few of the design features that attracted me to this knife. I love how sharp the knife is, and how easy it is to use. I am not a professional chef in any way, but I love cutting with this knife and see a huge improvement in my knife cuts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great all stainless steel looking Chef

I love how modern of a look this Graphite collection is. I was looking for something with this aesthetic and it’s perfect. It’s a great forged German stainless steel Chef knife, a blade shape you can use for everything. The textured handle contours nicely to my hand and has a good weight to it as well.

When searching for the workhorse knife of the kitchen, you want to make sure it's sharp and comfortable. This Graphite chef's knife certainly fits the bill with a sleek, ergonomic handle and full bolster offering an optimal pinch grip while the German steel blade promises long-lasting durability and sharpness.

Sweet looking knife. The "graphite" handle creates a two tone look with the stainless of the blade. It performs as well as it looks. Sharp blade, comfortable handle. It's significant in your hand but not heavy. Surprisingly not slippery.

The shape and feel of this knife is incredible. The forged full bolster is the perfect spot for your grip. The handle is contoured and smooth in your hand.

Modern looking contoured metal handle. German stainless steel forged bolster and contoured handle provide good weight and balance. Easily cleans up inthe dishwasher.

Nice modern looking chef knife. All stainless steel with a handle that has been slightly textured this knife is well balanced, feels secure in your hand and with proper care will easlly keep it's edge.
