Absolutely love the ceramic pan. I can cook an egg and it swishes around the pan with a minimum amount of oil usage. I would certainly use a pan like this every day.

Best Pan Ever

We have two of these and love them. They heat quickly on our induction cooktop and respond immediately to changes in the temperature setting. The handle feels good in the hand. We take care not to damage the ceramic coating, but not too much. I use a metal spatula and I scramble eggs in it with a fork. After months of use, they show no sign of wear. They are easy to clean with dish washing liquid. We know they won't last as long as non-coated pans, but at this price, we can replace them easily when needed.

Poor quality and not non-stick

I purchased this pan as a 10 piece set 3 years ago and it lasted less than 1 year. They are only non-stick for about a year, and then it becomes a nightmare to clean up. I am very disappointed in this product. I do not recommend it unless you enjoy shopping for new cookware a year later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
