Mini braiser, baking, roasting.

I owned 2 of this Staub covered oval cast iron baking/braising dish in both colors, it is one of my favorite cookware for single served dish. What a wonderful gift to myself 2 years ago, it is exceptionally versatile bakeware.
This covered mini braiser is great for single served short ribs, roasting meat and baking.
This covered mini dish is a great idea, the fact that I don't need to use a heavy duty foil baking is exceptional. Heavy weight, tight-fitting lid retains moisture, lid create a rain-forest effect evenly returning juices back onto food.
Can serve food directly from the oven straight to dining table. It is durable, it is perfect for day-to-day use. This cast iron requires no seasoning and ready to use for daily cooking.
Smooth enamel bottom works on all stovetops, including gas, electric, glass, ceramic, induction, and halogen. Oven safe up to 900F/482C without lid, Lids are oven safe up to 500F/260C.

Use this to make hot dips and serve right from the baking dish; just put on a trivet right from the open to keep my mexican, aritchoke, spinach or crab dip nice and warm. Cleans up easily also

Beautiful design, shape and color of this baking dish. Everything you would expect form a Staub cast iron. The innovative black matte interior will heat evenly and quickly and retain an even temperature throughout. The size is perfectly suited for side dishes and baked fish dishes.
The lid is a heavy weight and tight fitting. Take it with you!!

great for serving

This is an all around great cast iron baker. The enamel coating means no seasoning and easy cleanup. The matte interior gives superb browning and easy release. Its great on the stovetop or oven and the natural properties of cast iron heat evenly and hold that heat. I love bringing it to the table with the lid on lifting it at the last moment to allow the aroma to reach my guests.

This small and sleek graphite grey baking dish is ideal for baking small portions of fish. If you are cooking for one, this is a nice size and the cast iron interior ensures that your food will be perfectly cooked and browned.

Love the rustic black look and that it comes with a lid. Good for side dishes or a hot appetizer. Great for cooking indoors but out on the grill as well. Retains the heat. The enamel inside and out cleans up so easily.

Beautiful, smaller sized baking dish that I use for fish and rice (and sometimes veggies) all in one pan! Perfect for leftovers or a 1-person meal and also great for roasting those Winter root vegetables. It's Staub, after all, so that means heats quickly and evenly and easy to clean, once finished. Place in frig from table; it makes life easy!

I absolutely love this 9 inch oval covered baking dish. It is perfect for a spinanch artichoke dip or roasting some veggies! It has unlimited potential and works great to serve in, as it will keep your food warm or cold.
