Needed a good quality knife, but wanted to stay on budget, The Henckels Classic line fits the bill, Made with German Steel but manufactured in Spain, helps keep the cost down but still allows for a superior quality knife.
This utility knife definitely gets a work out in my house Use for just about everything, in fact I've since retired my chef knife after this great purchase!

Great Weight

Wanted a knife that was comfortable to work with. This knife is a perfect weight for me and is very well balanced. Use it for almost everything in the kitchen. Stays nice and sharp and is easy to maintain. Great price for German high carbon steel!

Comfortable to Work With

I prefer the utility knife over a chef's knife because I feel as if I have greater control over the smaller, and narrower blade. Works great for slicing, dicing, mincing and cutting. Nice one piece construction with full tang which makes it more durable and reliable when cutting harder foods. Priced right for German high carbon steel, because it is manufactured in Spain.
