Very good knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A high quality knife with good material and construction. Needs more frequent sharpening than I thought it would. But perhaps my sharpener is the culprit, not the knife.

replacing 30 year old knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Searched forever for a replacement for ac30 year old locally made knife that was a gift years ago. This seems like it will do the trick. Nice and sharp, reasonably stiff blade, nice handle weight.
