The knife design provides useful benefits that contribute to knife control and knife quality. I definitely recommend this knife for everyday use in your home kitchen, it will carve your roast and cuts every piece of it.

This knife is perfect for quick jobs. It is nice and narrow to get into hard to reach places, like between meat and bone. Forged from one piece of German steel, it is durable.

I bought this knife for slicing mostly meats and now use it for so much more! Cut many veggies and fruits with this and it glides right through with no problem. Easy in my hand & the price is just right!

This is a great size knife for a younger cook or for those jobs that you don't want to get out the 8" chef for.

This 6" utility knife is the perfect size to reach for when your chef's knife is too big. This tackles everything from fruits and vegetables to cutting fat from pieces of meat. It slides easily through melon rinds and I even use it to cut sandwiches. The forged bolster makes it nice and sturdy with a full tang for a nice weight. The special steel provides an edge that will remain sharp use after use.

This 6" utility knife is very sharp and has a very comfortable handle. The bolster is long enough that it protects your fingers. This is a great value option since it is made in Spain.
