I've been wanting this size knife for awhile. I had no idea how much I would love it! I reach for it all the time - cutting veggies -bok choy, String Beans - and fruit- apples etc. Strong and slimmer than other Utility knives, it's very easy to use. I already have Classic 6" Chef Knife and Classic 8" Utility/Slicing Knife and the 5" Four Star Serrated Knife (which I love) and 4" Pro S paring knife. I've had good experience with Classic line. I also bought Four Star 6" Utility knife but it's not my favorite (bigger blade). Totally needed this 6" knife size in my collection!

This is an amazing little utility knife. Perfect for any of those prep tasks in between small and large foods, this utility knife is so versatile. The handle and blade are perfectly weighted and balanced, making for comfort, control and ease of use.

Purchased Henckels Classic knives for the mountain cabin and the set would not be complete without this utility knife. Great for medium size tasks like sandwich making. German stainless steel for long lasting sharpness with a classic three riveted comfortable handle.

Nice slicing knife

This is a great skinnier blade than having to use a chef. I like that it’s not as long as a carving knife, and that I can get closer slices.
