Great fine edge prep knife for my set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect sized prep knife to add to my 7-piece Zwilling Gourmet set. Sharpened perfectly and cuts very well. I hand wash knives only, no dish washer.

I love the weight of this knife, not too heavy and very balanced. The extremely sharp edge makes cutting a breeze. This was a nice addition to the other Gourmet knife I have.
