A More Useful Paring Knife...

German stainless, stamped on-piece prep knife for all but largest jobs. Classic 3-rivet, comfortable handle.

Best knife design

I haven't seen a knife that is this size and design before and I don't know why they didn't come up with it before! It is great for all the small jobs in the kitchen like peeling garlic or slicing apples, but unlike a paring knife, this design has knuckle clearance so that hands don't get hit on the cutting board. I would recommend this to everyone!

great secondary knife

I generally use my Chefs knife for most things but i like the versatility of this smaller one. The blade size is perfect for all my smaller prep needs. I like the offset handle that is good to work with in hand for peeling or directly on the cutting board. The German construction and steel produce a quality sharp blade that is easy to maintain. The three rivet handle is comfortable to use in all situations.
