I had been researching for the ideal healthy set of cookware that promoted a collection of pots and pans that did not leach harmful chemicals into my food when heated. My research lead me to ZWILLING’s Demeyere Atlantis 7 cookware created from stainless steel which avoided non-stick coatings that contain PFAS that would be toxic to a person health. I am so excited to get cooking with my Demeyere Atlantis 7 set and creating gourmet dishes. Finally, my daughter was tickled pink when I told her that she would inherit my Demeyere cookware someday.

Excellent Frying Pan

The pan is in a class of its own, heats up fast, holds a steady temperature for precision cooking. The Silvernox treatment is a big plus too, only a very small amount of oil needed for searing. The helper handle is also a plus. Construction is rock solid. I purchased the 11 inch version which is working out great.

Love my Atlantis 7 set

Beautiful set. Heat distribution is even and steady, on an induction stove. Easy to clean, just buff of water spots to reveal the shine, just like new. Construction is solid, bit heavier than expected, but a "nice" heavy with comfortable, easy grib handles.

The construction is incredible. The ability to easily clean and handle the pan is much better than my American made pans. The material is surprisingly durable and the heat transfer is consistent. This is a go to pan.
