This is a fantastic fry pan! Takes less heat and does a beautiful job with uniformly cooking whatever I’m cooking for meals. Glad I made this investment!

Really Really Nice Pan

I purchased my first 9” fry pan approximately one year ago. The pan was discounted and I had never heard of this brand of cookware. I picked the pan and quickly noticed the heaviness of the product; not a bad thing. I’m not a chef by any means b/c I can barely fry eggs. But this pan is inspiring (I’m crazy, right?). But I really like cooking on it. Yes it’s easy to clean. And if I happen to have cheese stuck to the surface I’ll let it soak in soapy water followed by a gentle polishing agent. I wish that I could afford more of Demeyere products.

Great pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is very substantial and is excellent especially for searing steaks and such. I will use this for my steaks from now on instead of carbon steel or cast iron. Gave the ribeyes I cooked on it as its inaugural meal a wonderful uniform crust!

Great pan for an at home chef feeding a family

Durable, a bit heavy, will last the rest of my life! A must have in the kitchen for an at home chef! Love the helper handle.

Heavy duty SS pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus is a Heavy duty SS pan. Thick and retains the heat. Sears like cast iron with the added benefit of being SS easy to clean.
