I love all Demeyere, but this fry pan is one of the most used in my kitchen. 7-ply with aluminum core heats up quickly and distrubutes heat evenly so no hot spots. I also love that the handle is welded and therefore has no rivets, which is much more hygenic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Perfect Fry Pan

Demeyere has managed to manufacture the perfect fry pan. Frying correctly requires getting and maintaining a very hot temperature. In the past this could only be achieved with cast iron. They have made a very thick aluminium pan that gets incredibly hot, rim to rim. There are no hot or cold spots.
The long handle and additional helper handle are perfect for a pan this size. It is very comfortable to move around. But what you won't see are rivets; handles are welded! No screws or bolts to attract food gunk and require extra cleaning.
I've had this pan for over 10 years and it has remained beautiful inside and out. They treat the surface so that rust or corrosion will never form. Even on my glass cooktop, it remains perfectly flat on the bottom, no warping.
Just a warning, it conducts heat so well you will have to adjust your heat down from your normal cooking.

I absolutely love this fry pan. It heats up so quick, and it doesn't warp. The 7 ply construction with aluminium core really does cook your food evenly and browns to perfection.

Super-Solid Pro Pan

This 7 ply pan is the most evenly heating pan ever. Super-flat bottom...and stay-cool handle. Also helper handle just in case.

Best frying pan

This frying pan is a lot heavier than most other, but that's because it has 7 layers of metal to make for super even heating and the handy extra handle on this is very helpful. Not only does this heat evenly, once it is up to temperature the pan stays hot. I love using this for searing steaks and sauteeing vegetables.

This is the best fry pan I have owned. Does a super job of browning and frying and there are no hot spots. The pan has a flatbase technology so everything browns and frys evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love how sturdy this product is and it heats up so fast! surface scratches easily (used a non abrasive detergent and sponge but somehow ended up with some scratches...)
It’s heavy but the helper handle is key! Especially for petite people.
