The 9" Chef's Knife is gorgeous! The blade is stunning, as well as the handle. I like how the blade is much thinner than my other Chef's knives. There is no task that is not a pleasure - brunoise of fresh, fibrous ginger root, bring it on. However, I am left-handed, and the handle is not shaped for me. It's D-shaped handle is for right- handed people. Yes, it does feel better in my right hand :( Yes, of course it is usable, but would it kill you to offer left-handed versions?
