Great Knife Out of the box

Beautiful stainless knife! Wanted something a but more robust/special than a cheap stainless knife but not as care intensive as a carbon steel blade. It is sharp out of the box! With a beautiful finish. Does not get as/stay as sharp as carbon knives, but thats the nature/sacrifice for rust/corrosion resistance. If you want to get a professional knife with a Japanese feel, this is the one. Larger hands may find the handle thin, but precise. Handle shaped for righty’s (asymmetrical handle)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super sharpe straight out of the box … balance is perfect and feels great in your hand. A lot of control while you are slicing fish, meats or vegetables. Perfect all around knife. You will love it … makes cooking that much more enjoyable!

After reading through lots of reviews and articles and finally deciding on this knife, I could not be more pleased. It arrived very sharp, has a great weight distribution, balance and hand feel to it. I would absolutely recommend!!

Wonderful knife

This knife is great! I am new to cooking, so I’ve only used a few other knives, but this is by far the best one yet. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and the knife is not heavy compared to some other chef’s knives and the craftsmanship is amazing. I’m able to chop a variety of vegetables and meats without issue and my hands don’t get as tired working with this knife, it’s effortless. The blade is also extremely sharp, which makes it easy to cut a variety of foods. I have recommended this brand and knife to others.

Absolutely Stunning!

There’s nothing to like about this knife unless you don’t appreciate beauty and precision craftsmanship. The birchwood handle is gorgeous and feels so good in hand. The flower pattern Damascus is also beautiful. My only regret is not going for the 9”. If you’re already in this price range and considering this knife, just buy it, but go for the 9”.

I’m obsessed with this knife. The curve is perfect for my chopping style and it glides through anything with no problem. The birch wood handle is soft and easy to grip.
