Hundred bends of steel in each straight cut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the touch of the birch handle and the feeling of control in my hand. The knife is very long but light at the tip and very steady. It's perfect for serving at parties. It cuts through the thick crust of a smoked brisket without spilling a drop of juice and makes impossibly thin slices of birthday cakes. Using a knife this long is always fun and actually is the closest thing to a katana sword in the west.
