Cute but have issue to remove the old knob...

I got two of these, super cute. I was able to replace one (which is super lovely) but for the second one, I can't remove the original knob, and I am stripping the screw at this point...not sure what to do.

The much beloved Cochon is an integral part of French culinary tradition. Where would we be without Pate de Campagne? Elevate this little piggy to sit atop your favorite cocotte. I did. He sits with the Coq on the oval and the Snail on the French oven. Next up, the Fish on the boullibaisse.

I couldn’t help myself and splurge on this knob; it’s just fun to have and I laugh because I actually cook the animal on the knob with cocotte I’m using.

So if your a Staub fan you will have ordered all the different knobs. We just ordered this little piggy. I switch them our on all the staub pieces. They all go up to 500F in the oven so no problems there.

This pig knob is interchangeable to every Staub cast iron pot knob, perfect for pig cocotte too!!! This knob fits from 1qt. larger and will add individual touch to your kitchen and cookware. It's a stainless steel replacement knob, durable and oven safe.

I already have the rooster knob so I was excited to add the pig knob as well. Easily interchangeable. Still safe in the oven. Adds some personality to our Staub pieces.
