Great way to use a whetstone

I have a lot of really nice knives and wanted to get that factory edge back on them once they went dull. The wet stone kitchen sink bridge is fantastic. This is a safe and easy way of using a whetstone. Since using a whetstone can be a bit messy, having the bridge is convenient to have water runoff go into the sink and keeping your counter tops clean. Takes practice, but the results for using whetstones are so much better than using any other sharpening tool. If you have nice knives, Japanese or Western, definitely go the wet stone route for sharpening and get the bridge.

Keep the Wet in Whetstone in the sink

The bridge is adjustable to fit over various size sinks and also adjusts to snuggly fit the whetstone. Helps to keep the mess over the sink. Bob Kramer can be seen using the whetstone with bridge on his tutorial video.

A definite must, unless you keep wanting to sharpen your knives in your garage... it can be a messy process with you whet stones in vice-grips. Place the bridge over your sink and having a consistent water supply is always helpful, and with anything, practice makes perfect!

This Kramer sharpening bridge is another great kitchen tool to have for every chef. Its stability while sharpening is outstanding. Great for using stone sharpener, it is adjustable, light and portable.

Being able to use a sharpening stone over the sink is brilliant. Using a stone requires water and can get messy. This bridge makes the mess easy to deal with, drains the water from the stone so it doesn't get too wet and also puts the stone at a perfect height.
