The Silvercap handle on this chef knife is really comfortable and allows for a balanced and controlled cut as you work through your prep tasks.

I went for a Henckels knife because of the quality associated with the name. The handle is very comfortable and I love the silver accent on the end. The micro serrations along the blade edge mean great cutting and it wont go dull.
I would recommend this to a friend!
