Although Zwilling knives tend to be a bit pricy these are the great quality items that will last you almost forever, unparalleled balance, feeling just perfect for my handgrip, very sharp. Santoku knife is my workhorse, perfect fit for every meat, vegetable, greens and even bigger fruits.
