[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to use the lid when baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Unfortunately now I have to cover the casserole dish with foil.
I also have the staub brassiere, it has the same lid and I have used it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit…no problem….are the knobs made from different material?

Staub Ceramic measurements include the handles to assist the Consumers on safely accommodating all sizes of smaller Ovens, Broilers as when using under a broiler, allow a minimum of 2.75” / 7cm between the product and the heat source. In addition, to accommodate smaller appliances and cabinet storage. Excellent Quality Cookware

Beautifully crafted product. I love the dark blue color and they retain heat very well. They are a nice size for smaller dinners and side dishes. Perfect for what I needed!
