Forged Premio Santoku has a great feel to it, nicely balanced and very sharp. Use it to cut veggies and fruit.

Very Comfortable

This is a great, lightweight knife that makes chopping and prep work very easy. The curved handle is more comfortable to hold than other straight sided knives, and it allows me to cut for a longer time without feeling fatigued. This is a really nice value for what you get with this forged knife.
