Good addition

The santoku is a good addition to any set. The "dimples" on the blade help sticky food release. This knife is forged and made of German steel so it is sharp and will hold it's edge well.

Great knife to add to a block!

If you don't own a santoku knife, this is one to add to your block or drawer. The hollow edge helps to guide food up as your chop and mince smaller foods and the comfortable Forged Premio handle gives you ideal comfort and control when tackling those smaller tasks.

Favorite for Chopping

The favored knife in boyfriend's block set. He likes the straighter profile that easily chops through leafy greens and allows precision cutting of vegetables. Comfortable contoured handle.
