Sharp and sturdy. Very sturdy. Balanced well. I’m not a knife guru but this is a very nice knife. I had some Amazon knives my wife bought and this is farrr better. Handle fits in my hand just right. And I love the non stick grooves.

Great Inexpensive Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been looking for a solid everyday knife that won’t break the bank. So far we are both pleased with our purchase! The knife itself feels very well constructed and sharp. I myself have small hands, so my one reservation is that the handle is a both longer than I’d like but this is also my first Santoku style knife. Overall, it’s a good bang for your buck.

This is a good entry level knife for a new cook or someone who is wanting to try a new style of knife. The handle is super comfortable and the blade is very sharp. It cuts with ease.

This is a great Santoku knife! I love the shape of the handle, so comfortable and the blade hits the cutting board with a flat long area so you can cut piles of herbs so easily. I know tht it is perfect for chopping but until I tried a few different things I had no idea how versatile this style knife is. its a great deal on a forged knife in a profile I did not already have!
