[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality! Very well made! Light weight. I have very small hands, so finding a good knife that feels comfortable, not too big or too heavy, is hard to find. This knife cuts like paper through warm butter!!

Nice Santoku

This is a great starter santoku. With a sharp blade and a forged bolster the curved handle is comfortable while chopping. The hollow air pockets on the blade allow your veggies to release as you go without sticking to the blade.
