My meat slicer

Since I don't have a cleaver, I use this for all my meat chopping, slicing, dicing. And it is not just for meat.

This knife is great. It is super comfortable to hold. The blade is very sharp and gives me consistent thin slices.The price is very approchable for the quality you get. I look forward to purchasing more pieces from this line.
