A Must have for Veggie Chopping

This is a comfortable, sharp knife to use. For the price, it's a great addition to any knife collection. The Santoku is such a great choice for chopping, dicing and slicing vegetables and fruit. The veggies slide off the blade so easily, they don't stack up like they do on other knives. And a Great Price!

Great universal knife
