A comfortable handle and a durable, sharp blade is what you need in a quality knife. This Forged Synergy santoku checks those boxes. This smaller santoku will breeze through any mincing and chopping prep tasks.

A beautiful sleek and modern handle, and the best part is how well the Santoku cuts, slices and dices all those veggies. This knife handles all those tasks and does so with ease. The handle has double rivets and is super comfortable.

Well constructed blade that is super sharp, durable and balanced. The dimples in the blade aid in keeping food from sticking to the blade. This is a small but might blade. Excellent for chopping, slicing and mincing all your vegetables and fruits. The handle is rounded and wide for comfort. I like the stainless embellishment.

The santoku is one of my most used knives in the kitchen. I love the wide blade profile and the hollow edges keep food from sticking to the knife. The German steel is sharp and very durable. I use this as much as a chef knife.

Great santoku with fine edge blade for precision mincing, slicing, and dicing. Hollow grounds help prevent food items from sticking to side of blade. Modern handle in black and stainless steel. Excellent value.
