It works amazing. Not too big or small and cuts like butter. It’s extremely sharp and the handling of it is very nice.

A definite step up

I have two older knives from Zwilling and wanted a new one to supplant a couple of more modestly priced, non-Zwilling, knives. This new one is a definite improvement and I am glad to add it to my collection. I don’t have a lot of knives, and I don’t need a lot of knives, so I want good ones when I get them. Done!

Very sharp and comfortable cutting knife, makes copping veggies a breeze! The sales rep encouraged me to try it in an in store demonstration and I am glad I added it to my set.
