This Nakiri knife blows away all my other fine chopping knives. The balance and ergonomics are spot on. My hand reaches for this blade instinctively.

I was able to slice very easy with some demonstration however, it worked pretty good when I sliced tomatoes with mineral juice, which is cool

LOVE THE NEW BLADE!!

Have absolutely fallen in love with the new knife. As always, very well balanced in the hand extremely sharp. Didn’t know if I would like this style, but it is becoming my favorite in the kitchen. Perfect for a weekend wannabe chef

Knife is sharper than any other knife I used.
Less stress on the wrist. I can cut straight as I do not need to apply lot of force to cut.

Quality knife & great company! I had a Shun nakiri knife that was shorter, but Zwilling Pro 6.5" is more durable... much thicker blade and Sharper Edge!!
