Love this knife! Probably my favorite in my kitchen. It feels good in the hand, is incredibly sharp, and has stayed sharp for quite some time now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The knife is very comfortable in the hand. I feel very little fatigue while using it for long hours. The blade itself is very sharp and has stayed that way with a lot of use.

Very Sharp Knife

I just purchased this knife and was eager to try on my Brisket. This knife made it easy to cut thin slices with little effort compared to my other knives. This is the most expensive knife I have purchased. Time will tell if it was worth the price but for now it's a keeper!
