A great vegetable cleaver

This vegetable cleaver is not as daunting in size to other style cleavers, but still gets the job done of cutting through big pieces of meat and produce with little effort needed. It has a nice weight to it and the curved bolster really helps with gripping this style blade. A great addition to any kitchen.

This Pro nakiri is a fantastic value! Feel like a professional in your own kitchen while you chop and mince with this nakiri. The signature Pro curved bolster and ergonomic handle allows for the most comfortable pinch grip and that blade will stay incredibly sharp for a long time.

This Pro 6.5" nakiri have the same feature of a vegetable cleaver knife. Nakiri is about the size of a 7" Pro vegetable cleaver though slightly narrower blad, its purpose is the same. Both knife has curved bolster encourages cutting with improved precision, safety and comfort. Upon cutting food, blade is useful in scooping from the cutting board. Great for cutting meat, vegetables, fruits and even bread and cake.
This knife is forged from a single piece of Special Formula High-Carbon NO STAIN stainless steel, durable, Ice-hardened FRIODUR blade and resilient.

Meet Nakiri

A Nakiri is akin to the Chinese cleaver, but with a less broad blade. The Pro curved bolster makes for a smooth transition from handle to blade. Great balance, comfort, and excellent sharpness for precision cutting of vegetables.

Best of both worlds this Nakiri gives you the Western handle and Eastern blade. The flat blade shape is great for chopping and dicing. Razor sharp!

The Pro Nakiri knife is a great knife to have on hand for all kinds of chopping and even for the Western rocking motion. The Friodur process keeps the blade sharp and durable while also being stain-free and corrosion resistant. Made in Germany, so you know it has to be good!
