The weight, balance and how it feels in my hand. I just took a French cooking class and this makes all the slicing and dicing easier.

Great quality kitchen knife! The blade is very sharp and cuts smoothly through meat, vegetables, and fruit. It feels sturdy and well-balanced in the hand, and the handle is comfortable to grip. The classic design also looks great. Very satisfied with the quality and would definitely recommend it.
