[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd purchase of Henckels steak knives. They are sharp enough to cut steak, as well as thin slices of tomatoes. Best knives I own.

Recieved as a gift. Knives are sharp and with serated edge cut through steak like butter. Well made. Not sure of the steel type. Will use often
