[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a much older version of this knife that lasted forever. It eventually became the first knife everyone would grab. Needless to say, it’s not indestructible and finally suffered one too many non-kitchen uses. So, I picked up the newest version and expect it to do the fantastic job it’s predecessor has done.
