This knife has become my go to knife. Great for chopping vegetables and perfect for obtaining thin, perfect slices. I ordered several other knives but am giving them as presents but I wish I had bought more of this prep knife instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great all around serrated knife. I was a little surprised at the size (slightly larger than expected) but it’s even more useable for me at this size and LIGHT! My wife even likes the weight.

Would recommend drying immediately after washing to preserve the finish.
