[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zwilling Pro Serrated Prep Knife is the latest Zwilling knife added to the collection! Amazingly well balanced, this knife makes short work of my prep work. It’s almost too beautiful to put in the knife block!

very sharp and cuts nicely. Its amazing the difference in prep time when you have a good qualify knife, like this. Will be buying some of these as gifts for Christmas!
