[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how effortlessly it cuts through fruits and veggies. I wish I had purchased this sooner in my life. The handle feels sturdy and the steel doesn’t attract fingerprints like my other knives. I would say it’s the perfect prep knife. Highly recommend
