Absolute Most Versatile Knife in Block!

Unique serration combined with versatile blade curve sets this one above. Add to it the age-old, proven, forged no-stain Zwilling German stainless steel and you have it all. Angled bolster for gripability and 3 rivet handle design complete knife.

Genius - a serrated prep knife. It is perfect for cutting anything with a hard exterior and soft interior, think narrow baguettes, tomatoes or even eggplant. Pro knives are made from German Special Formula Steel and forged from one piece of steel so extremely durable. The serrations on this blade are razor sharp and can pierce anything.

Where have you been all my life? These are the best knives I've used. Trying to economize, but there's no sense when a really great knife is what a good home cook needs. I have two pro knives now and I hope a third will be in my future.
