I thought the fine edge Pro prep knife was great and then there was the serrated prep. Two amazing knives. Love the shape and size. If I had to pick a favorite it would be like asking which kid I love more-impossible.

Anything in this Pro line is just fine by me!!

This Pro prep serrated knife is everyone's favorite 3 years ago, we gave this knife to almost every family member, my husband's family. They had a chance to choose from bellasera flatware, variety of beauty items and variety of knives in the pile. This serrated knife is the most popular picked and they said, it is the most sharpest knife they ever used.

This serrated prep is wonderful it cuts through everything! Usually serrated knives don’t have any knuckle clearance but this one does so you can use it for chopping up all kinds of different vegetables, fruit, bread and sandwiches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The prep knife is one of my fav knives to use - it does just about anything! I especially love the curved bolster on the Pro knives, as it is better to grip and easier to hold. The serrated edges will cut through so many thing , including tomatoes, citrus and breads or rolls.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never truly understood how much I needed this knife until I got it. It is super sharp with a comfortable handle and curved bolster. The serrations make cutting tomatoes and oranges so easy.
